QQSRock back on right foot, recover on the left, step right foot to right side and slide left foot next to right
QQSCross rock left foot over right, recover weight to right foot, ½ hinge turn left, sweep left foot next to right
QQSRock back on right foot, recover on the left, step right foot to right, side and slide left foot next to right
QQSCross rock left foot over right, recover weight to right foot, ½ hinge turn left, sweep left foot next to right

QQSRock back on right foot, recover weight to left foot, spin ½ turn left on ball of left foot
QQSRock back on left foot, recover weight to right foot, spin ¼ turn right on the ball of right foot
QQSRock back on right foot, recover weight to left foot, spin ½ turn left on the ball of left foot
QQSRock back on the left foot, recover weight to the right foot, step left foot next to right
